How much does it cost to rent Plus 1 Event Center?

Is there a minimum rental time?
Yes. All event rentals require a minimum of 3 hours. This helps ensure enough time is reserved for your event while also allowing for proper setup and use of the space.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A $200 damage deposit is required for event rentals. The deposit helps cover potential damages to the venue and is separate from the hourly rental rate.
What hours can events be held?
Events may be scheduled between 8:00 AM and 1:00 AM, giving you flexibility for daytime gatherings, evening celebrations, and late-night events. Availability is based on your requested date and time.
What add-ons are available?
Plus 1 Event Center offers several optional add-ons to help customize your event. Available options include kitchen access, bar access, decorations, event equipment, party packages, security officer services, and bartender services. Add-on availability and pricing may vary by event.
